OLIVIA EMERT

Founder/Artistic Director

Emert graduated with a BFA from University of Missouri- Kansas City. For three seasons, she danced with GEOMETRY: a project based dance company in Los Angelos. Emert’s main focus has been choreography aiming to build tangible environments audience can feel a part of. Emert’s choreography has been commissioned by Nelson Atkins Museum of Art, The Young Choreographer’s Festival at the Joyce Theater, Lindenwood University, Iowa Dance Festival, Kansas City Ballet, Charlotte Street Foundation, and more. Emert took over the role as artistic director of Creative Intersections after choreographing for the program for three years. After being awarded a two year residency with Charlotte Street Foundation, Emert founded CLOUDS Dance Company.

ANNA BOEHM

Company Dancer/Rehearsal Director

Boehm obtained her degree in contemporary dance from the Trinity Laban Conservatoire in London, England. She has had the pleasure of performing works with Flockworks, Fubunation, The Waterperry Opera, Quixotic, The Glitch Project, and City in Motion Dance Theater. Anna has recently been selected for a two-year artist residency program at Charlotte Street. Anna is director of the Young Choreographer’s Showcase with City in Motion Dance Theatre, mentoring students in the role of choreographer. She is the director of the YAGP program at Fearless Dance Center. Anna is dedicated to dance being an accessible art form, and has undergone training with the National Dance Institute’s DREAM Project, focusing on community classes for children of all abilities.

REGINA LOMBARDO

Regina Lombardo is a professional dancer, choreographer and teacher. Originally a Kansas City native, she received her BFA in dance and minor in marketing from Minnesota State University-Mankato. She has danced with CLOUDS Dance Company, Regina Klenjoski Dance Company, Tristan Griffin Dance Company, and more. Regina is a versatile performer working in the concert, commercial and musical theater industry. She was featured in Newsies, Hair, and Mamma Mia, as well as Cochren & Co "The Lows" music video. Regina is an assistant with Heat Convention and Competition. She is PSC pilates certified and currently an instructor with Studio7 Pilates.

AMIYAH TORRES

Amiyah Exposito-Torres began her training at Kansas City Ballet School. Currently obtaining her BFA in Dance Performance and Choreography at UMKC Conservatory, Amiyah has worked with choreographers such as DeeAnna Heitt, Gary Abbott, and Ulysses Dove. Furthering her artistry, Amiyah has trained with Kansas City Ballet, Texas Ballet Theatre, Ballet Met, and SALT. As a company dancer with CLOUDS Dance Company, she has performed at Dare to Dance presented by Modern American Dance Company, 26th Annual Dance in the Park, Modern Night at the GEM Theater, Charlotte Street Foundation and more.
